Meet Dr. Robert Meguid, a thoracic and cardiac surgeon with a wide range of clinical interests. He specializes in general thoracic surgery, including benign and malignant diseases of the lung, esophagus, mediastinum, chest wall tumors, and deformities.

Dr. Meguid is also skilled in performing surgery for end-stage lung disease and lung transplantation, as well as minimally invasive thoracic procedures such as VATS lobectomy and MIE.

Dr. Meguid received his MD from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in 2002, and also holds a ScB from Brown University and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Washington.
